BGMI Anti-Cheat Report – August Summary

At KRAFTON, we are deeply committed to maintaining a cheat-free, competitive, and enjoyable experience for every BGMI player. Our fight against unfair play continues with strengthened systems, enhanced detection, and regular enforcement.

In August, we banned 432,538 accounts for violations — a 24.8% increase compared to July’s 346,636. This rise reflects our intensified efforts to clean up the game and ensure fair gameplay.

1. Ace-tier players made up the largest portion of banned accounts at 29.3%.

2. Auto-aim hacks were the top detected cheat at 18.2%, followed by wall hacks at 13.8%.

3. A significant 67.9% of users were caught using custom/modded cheats, categorized as “Others.”

4. Every ban is confirmed through a combination of automated detection and manual review, ensuring accuracy and transparency.

Anti-Cheat 4.0 Updates – Stronger, Smarter, Fairer

We are continuously upgrading our security systems to better detect and block cheating. The latest Anti-Cheat 4.0 brings new features and improvements designed to protect fair play.

 Report Feedback

Players will now see a short confirmation message in the chat box when a combat-time report is successfully registered. This helps you know your report is working in real time.

Security Strategy Enhancements

1. Improved Cheat Detection Capabilities:
Our systems have been upgraded to better identify and block:

• See-through hacks
• Aimbots
• Ammo tracking
• Recoilless weapons
• Acceleration/excessive movement speed
• Resource file modification
• Skin beautification hacks
• Full cheat removals

2. Stronger Violation Monitoring:
We’ve also upgraded our monitoring tools to detect:

• Teaming violations
• Malicious matchmaking behavior
• Use of external hacking programs
• Other forms of disruptive or malicious gameplay.
